THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT HOUSE
1 - The total property, including native grass in back, is on sprinkler system.
2 - The property behind is owned by Boulder County Open Space. It will never be built on.
3 - The second garage was built by us with the same architect, Arch 11. It is totally insulated and gas heated with a thermostat. That garage is wired for sound system. Larger garage door.
4 - Both garages have a code opener to get in.
5 - We do not put chlorine in water feature because there are many toads in the back yard. Chlorine will kill wildlife. The yard is free of bugs and mosquitos due to this. Other people spray.
